Increase of minimum monthly salary

As per Decree No. 3051 of the President of Azerbaijan, dated December 17, 2021, the minimum monthly salary shall be defined as AZN 300 effective from January 1, 2022.

In view of the above, we recommend that the monthly salary of employees being less than AZN 300 be amended to minimum AZN 300 on the e-government portal.

After making the relevant changes in the e-government portal, the relevant changes to the contract of compulsory insurance against occupational accidents and occupational diseases must be changed at https://isb.az/.
